Cancellation may be possible in the event you intimate us within 24 hours of your order submission in certain circumstances. While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. However, if your order has already been processed we will not be able to cancel the order.
» If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or the order can be changed.
